1. Introduction
Welcome to Halo Training Academy. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
Halo Training Academy: Refers to Halo Training Academy Limited, the provider of professional training services.Client: The person or entity who engages Halo Training Academy for training services. Student: The individual receiving training from Halo Training Academy. Services: Refers to the certification training, career guidance, and related services provided by Halo Training Academy. Website: Refers to www.halotrainingacademy.co.uk.
3. Services Provided
Halo Training Academy offers expert certification training in IT, management, and business skills, including:

Microsoft Certifications: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and more.

AWS Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect.

CompTIA Certifications: CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, Project+.

Google Certifications: Google IT Support, Google Cloud Engineer.

ILM Accredited Management Courses.
We ensure our courses align with industry standards and are delivered by certified professionals.
4. Fee Structure

Fees must be paid in advance before training sessions commence.

Payments can be made via debit/credit card or online at www.halotrainingacademy.co.uk.

Late payments beyond the due date may incur a £10 administration charge.

If payment is not received within two weeks of the due date, access to services may be withdrawn.

Fees are subject to change, with prior notification to clients.
Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a student withdraws partway through a course, fees will be calculated to the end of the month of the last attendance, and excess fees will be refunded.
5. Course Cancellation
Cancellation by Client:

Clients must notify Halo Training Academy via email at office@halotrainingacademy.co.uk.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may qualify for rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellation by Halo Training Academy:

If a session is cancelled by Halo Training Academy, a replacement session will be scheduled within three weeks.

If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued.
6. Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
Students gain access to our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for resources, assignments, and certification exam preparation. Regular usage is encouraged.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the property of Halo Training Academy and are for personal use only. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
We adhere to GDPR and data protection laws:

Data collected (names, contact details, academic records) is used solely for training purposes.

Data is retained for up to 7 years post-training.

Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting office@halotrainingacademy.co.uk.

In case of a data breach, affected individuals will be notified within 72 hours.
9. Code of Conduct

Students must respect instructors and peers.

Attendance and punctuality are expected.

Disruptive behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of services.
10. Academic Integrity

Cheating, plagiarism, and dishonest practices are strictly prohibited.

Any suspected violation will be investigated, and disciplinary actions may include warnings, failing grades, or removal from courses.
11. Health and Safety

Emergency protocols will be communicated at the start of in-person sessions.

Students must comply with all health and safety measures while attending physical training locations.
12. Communication
By enrolling, you consent to electronic communications, including:

Invoices, service updates, educational materials, and progress reports.

Clients must maintain valid contact details and check emails regularly.
13. Social Media Policy

Course content cannot be shared publicly without permission.

Tutors and students should not engage on personal social media accounts.

Official communications will only be posted on Halo Training Academy’s verified social media pages.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be submitted via email.

Complaints will be reviewed, and a response provided within a specified timeframe.

Clients may escalate unresolved complaints to higher management.
15. Liability

Halo Training Academy is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for training services.

We are not liable for lost or stolen property on our premises.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.
17. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Halo Training Academy reserves the right to amend these terms. Updates will be posted on www.halotrainingacademy.co.uk and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
18. Entire Agreement
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Halo Training Academy, superseding all prior agreements. Modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
